Client Referrals

At XiiTec, we try everything we can to make sure our clients are happy with the services we provide. In order to thank the people who have been our greatest advocates by referring new business to us, we are now offering a one-time referral fee of up to $1000 per client that contract with us for monthly maintenance. For non-monthly maintenance type of services, such as software programming, network setup, e-commerce, etc., we offer a 10% of the total contracted fee up to a maximum of $1000. 

How does it work?

The referral agent program is FREE to join. Apply online to be a referral agent partner of XiiTec. After the information is reviewed by our staff, we will approve your partner status. When your referred customer contacts us by signing up online or by phone, he/she will need to provide us with your name and contact details for us to verify the information.

When do I get paid?

A referral fee payment is made 60 days after the referral client is activated and the first initial invoice has been paid to XiiTec IT Solutions. For eligible agents that are qualified for the 5% on-going commission, the commission will start after the initial 60 day period. You will be paid as long as your referred client remains a managed client at XiiTec. Please note that we will be unable to pay you if your referral fails to tell us that you referred them when they sign up.
