Terms and Conditions

Partner program agreement:

The following are the terms and conditions of the XiiTec Referral Agent Program. This program is offered conditionally based on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions and notices herein. XiiTec reserves the right to change this program at any time, and without notice.

Qualifying referrals:

• Payments/credit notices will be made/issued on the condition that the referred prospect signs a contract with XiiTec IT Solutions. 
  • For monthly maintenance services, a minimum contract term of 6 months is required by the client in order for the referral agent to receive the equivalent amount of the client’s 1 month service fee (up to maximum of $1000).
  •  If the contract term is for less than 6 months, the referral agent will receive a one-time referral fee of 10% of the client’s 1 month service fee. 
•  Referral agents cannot refer themselves.
• If your referral requires multiple services with XiiTec, it will still be considered as one referral.  Referral payments only apply to new clients on their initial contract with XiiTec.
• If a client signs up for additional services subsequent to their initial contract, these added services do not qualify for a referral payment.

Acceptance/denial of referral:

Within 5 business days of the receipt of your referral, XiiTec will do one of the following:

• Notify you, the referring party, that XiiTec is interested in pursuing the referral;
• Notify you, the referring party, that XiiTec is not interested in pursuing the referral;
• Notify you, the referring party, that XiiTec has a pre-existing relationship with the prospect and therefore no referral fee will be paid.

Referral amounts:

• XiiTec will pay to/credit the account of the referring party the equivalent of the client’s one-month of the service fee, up to a maximum $1000 USD/CAD.
• For example, if the referred party signs a XiiTec contract worth $1000 per month, the referring party will receive $1000 in the form of a credit to their account or as a payment by cheque in the currency equivalent to the currency of the referred customer contract.

Referral payments and policies:

• Referrals will be valid for six months from the date of receipt by XiiTec. If the referred prospect signs a XiiTec contract within the six month period, a referral payment/credit notice will be sent to you.
• The referral fee payment will be made 60 days after the referred client is activated and the initial invoice has been paid to XiiTec IT Solutions.
• For other non-monthly maintenance services (ie: software programming, network setup services, e-commerce), we offer a 10% of the total contracted fee up to a maximum of $1000. 
• For referrals that require multiples services upon their initial contract, payment will be made for only one type of service that has the greatest money return to the referring party.
  • Eg: if the client requires network set followed by monthly maintenance in the initial contract, and the network set up is for $1000 total (%10 of $1000 = $100) and the maintenance service is for $1000/month, the referring party will receive $1000 in payment.
